The Rio Intercharge is a very complex technical project, because it serves many different directions. In its final form the node will include:
• three upper crossings
• six down passages
• two bridges of the river Selemnos and
• multiple entry-exit ramps.
It is estimated that it will serve at least 20,000 vehicles daily.
