The Peloponnese International Documentary Festival is organized by the Kalamata Creative Documentary Center. The Festival is under the auspices of the Regions of Peloponnese and Western Greece and the Municipalities of Tripoli, Sparta, Megalopolis and Ilida. The aim of the Center and all those who participate in the event is to establish a new cultural institution that embraces the Peloponnese, being an important cultural event for the entire geographical region.
