The Crossway PassivHaus was first featured on Grand Designs in February 2009. The subsequent Grand Designs ‘revisited’ was featured
in November 2011. This pioneering project became the first retrospectively-certified PassivHaus in the UK.
Also, the “Ecohouse” was shortlisted for a RIBA award, the RIBA Downland prize, the Kent Design Awards, and was a finalist in the Grand Designs Awards.
However, in practice, these elements come together to create something entirely captivating.
